Mark Francis Williams is a British artist based in Bucharest. His work moves between assemblage, collage, drawing and painting, constructing layered visual environments where fragments of architecture, bodies and memory accumulate and interact.

These elements create tensions between material, image and meaning.

Williams received a First Class Honours degree from Exeter School of Art and a Master’s degree from Chelsea College of Arts, London. His practice explores how identity and meaning emerge through processes of construction, disruption and transformation across materials and image systems.
